Extensive Networking Opportunities

Coleraine Borough Chamber provides regular opportunites for all members to meet, network and discuss current issues facing the local business community.

Rather than hold a set weekly meeting the Chamber activities revolve around events designed to appeal to the widest cross section of the membership.

At each Chamber meeting there is an opportunity to talk to your fellow Chamber members, Council members and either the President or Vice President.  If you would like to be introuduced to a particular member please contact the Chamber offices via info@coleraineboroughchamber.co.uk to facilitate this meeting.

Make Your Voice Heard Through Effective Lobbying banner

Undertaking policy and representation activities is fundamental to Coleraine Borough Chamber. We aim to be the Principal Voice and Representative body for the business community in the Borough.

By working with other Chambers through the Regional Forum, this Business Voice can be translated into a regional, national and international context.

There is a range of issues that we seek to take up on behalf of our members collectively and sometimes on an individual basis.

This benefit is achieved by:

  • assimilating the views of our members through our sector specific forums;
  • representing members’ views on local bodies such as Coleraine Borough Council’s Economic Development Sub-group, Coleraine Town Partnership Ltd;
  • influencing the issues affecting the local business community by having the key decision makers talk to you;
  • responding to proposals impacting upon the economic development of the region. Recent examples include Invest NI’s North West Action Plan and Causeway Coast and Glens Tourism Masterplan.
