The Coleraine Borough Chamber is a membership organisation directed by a Council of local business people. Each year members of the Chamber nominate and elect representatives onto the Chamber Council. This normally occurs at the Chamber AGM which will occur at the end of June every year.

The President, Treasurer, and Secretary of the Chamber are also elected members. They hold position for one year and are contactable via the Chamber offices.
