The Honourable the Irish Society is essentially a one county charity which can assist certain voluntary groups who are participating in cross community projects.
The Society raises revenue thorough ownership of the Bann river bed and distribution of fishing rights. Through Bann Systems anglers can obtain up to eight rod spaces per day on any river in the Borough.
